- Declaration of Readiness: Filed when your case is ready for a hearing
- Mandatory Settlement Conference: Attempt to resolve disputes before trial
- Trial: Present evidence before a Workers' Compensation Judge
- Decision: Judge issues Findings & Award or Opinion on Decision
